Cagle for the People is committed to protecting your privacy. This Text Messaging Privacy Policy supplements our broader privacy practices and outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you opt in to receive text messages from us via 10DLC or toll-free numbers.

This policy applies to all SMS and MMS messages sent by the Cagle for the People campaign.

When you sign up to receive messages, we may collect your name (if provided), your mobile phone number, and your explicit consent to receive text messages (SMS and MMS). This information is used to confirm your opt-in and to send campaign-related messages, including updates, event information, donation requests, and other relevant communications. It is also used to ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws and industry standards.

Mobile Terms of Service

By signing up for mobile updates from Cagle for the People, you agree to receive periodic text messages about campaign updates, event invitations, donation opportunities, and reminders to vote.

You can opt out of receiving messages at any time by texting STOP. Once you do, you’ll no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, just sign up again and we’ll resume sending messages.
